Pauline is a trained teacher for special schools and obtained her Diploma at Bristol University in 1963. Since then, Pauline has completed her Certificate in Management and gained many years experience in both schools and education day centres.
Pauline’s last appointment with Kent County Council was managing a 29- bedded unit for adults with learning difficulties. Pauline has continued to develop client skills with Boulevard Care Day Opportunities Centre and was heavily involved in the expansion of the Opportunities Centre at Orby.
Name & Role: Martin Johnson RMN MBA
After finishing formal education and gaining a BEC General Diploma in Business Studies, Martin secured employment in a private and voluntary home for people with profound learning difficulties. Having obtained two years experience, Martin moved to St Francis Hospital, Haywards Heath, training as a Registered Mental Nurse, qualifying in 1987.
Martin then worked in secure accommodation, gaining experience before joining Boulevard Care in the autumn of 1988. Since working within Boulevard Care, Martin has undertaken further training and in 1996 obtained his Masters Degree in Business administration.

Dianne Wright - CMS General Manager
The Location Support Team was a team introduced by Boulevard Care to bridge the communication gap between Head Office and the residential and day opportunities locations within the organisation
The Location Support Team offers management support to all the staff team and also provides management cover on a 24-hour callout basis. Dianne is the first point of contact if a problem should arise in any of the Boulevard Care locations.
Dianne is also responsible for organising staff training and being a line manager to location Team Managers.

Amanda Ellis - Office Support Manager
The Office Support Manager works with all staff, clients and outside agencies, particularly concerning financial matters. These include clients’ fees and benefits, employment issues and payroll, and budgeting within the different Boulevard Care locations.
Amanda joined the Head Office in 2008, bringing with her a variety of accounting, payroll and administration skills having worked in several different business environments.
